Refund Dates
Fall 2024 Grant, Loan, & Overpayment Dates
Your Financial Aid file has to be complete before you can receive a refund of grants or loans.
Refunds are disbursed weekly (except holidays), based on when your file is completed.
Your grant or loan must be disbursed to your account before you can receive your refund.
If there is a personal overpayment such as cash or credit card funds on your bill, it will first apply to any other unpaid charges and then follow the below refund schedule.
This schedule is an estimate of when your funds will be sent. SPC is not responsible for any late charges or overdrafts if the refunds are not delivered on the scheduled date. We highly recommend that you wait until you have received your funds before you begin spending them.

***Refunds designated for direct deposit will be deposited into students' accounts
on the Monday or Tuesday following the Thursday refund.
*** Students receiving paper checks will need to allow approximately 10 business days
for receipt in the mail.
