In 2013, articulation agreements with West Texas A&M and Texas Tech University were initially conceived. Since then renewals and rewrites have manifested to guarantee the maximum success between the partnership of these two universities. Texas Tech University Articulation Agreement:

In February 2013, the Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering at Texas Tech University and South Plains College agreed to participate in the Student Access and Success Partnership agreement. These Transfer Guides are a result of this & subsequent articulation agreements.
West Texas A&M University Articulation Agreement:

South Plains College and West Texas A&M University entered into a new partnership agreement to ease transfer process.
