The Associate Degree Nursing program requires a separate application and admission process from South Plains College.

  2. Admission testing including TSI and TEAS at the Testing Center
  3. South Plains College LVN, ADN (RN), LVN to RN Nursing Program Application (Must Download to your device)

The higher the score on the TEAS the better for your admission application points:
 
ADN (RN) Required scores:
  • English 58.7 or higher
  • Math 58.7 or higher
  • Reading 58.7 or higher
  • Science 50.0 or higher
 
LVN Required Scores:
  • English 58.7 or higher
  • Math 58.7 or higher
  • Reading 58.7 or higher
  • Science is not required but a 40.0 or higher gains extra admission points
