The Associate Degree Nursing program requires a separate application and admission process from South Plains College.

Application Steps
- Apply to South Plains College
- Admission testing including TSI and TEAS at the Testing Center
- South Plains College LVN, ADN (RN), LVN to RN Nursing Program Application (Must Download to your device)
- Review the following documents then complete the application below
- ADN Application Instructions, LVN Application Instruction
- CPR Certification, Immunization Information and Drug Screen (will be requested upon program acceptance)
