When you begin to consider transferring to another college, university, or higher level educational institution, it is strongly suggest that you consult with your advisor so as to determine a strategic exit plan. 

There exist many assets to your advantage for transferring such as timing & age qualifications of scholarships, credit hours, college entrance GPA, college of engineering GPA, selection of classes and/or instructors, availability of classes, etc.
